SURFING!!!! WOW, this morning looked good! I saw a bunch of good ones rolling through at some of NH's best spots. I had to watch from the side lines courtesy of the new vert ramp at Rye. I an nursing a sore wrist and kicking myself for taking that ramp for granted. However, I now have a renewed respect for skating and the importance of wearing a helmet. Good thing old red was there to protect my brain. Surf still looks good. Should be fun all day and beyond. The weekend forecast looks great! Surf, surf, surf!!!!

IT'S ON. Mens and Womens Finals live from Sunset Beach Hawaii. Yesterday contest organizers ran heats simultaneously at two spots anticipating finals happening today. After looking at the weather forecast for the next 10 days it appears old man winter is moving into town. Temps are going to be in the 30s with temps below the freezing mark at night. That means a lot of things. For one the water is going to get cold quick. I've been seeing plenty of people rocking winter rubber already. But the ones who haven't broke out the heavy gear that time is nearing. We're stoked and ready for that time. We've got a great suit from 6/5/4 O'Neill winter suit for only $350 among others from O'neill and Ripcurl. Our selection of winter boots and gloves is on point too! If you need anything for you upcoming winter surf missions we got them!!!

It also means that the mountain resorts will be making snow like crazy and it will be a full on winter wonderland by the end of next week. I havn't made it up north yet but the word is things are shaping up really well. Our buddy Buck has hung up the SUP and is now silly stoked on his new NUG. Believe it or not he drove away from surf today to get fresh tracks at Stowe this AM. It's really winter and snowboarding season is really here.

Quick little video of my buddy Chris Carr. He's on my favorite people to ride with. He spent a couple weeks living on my coach in Tahoe. He always gets me stoked to shred and I'm glad things are working out for him. Enjoy.
